No unmarked documents when viewing or downloading

Stamp Before View closes the organisational control gap between document storage and document access. When a document is viewed or downloaded in Teamcenter Active Workspace, the intended marking is applied automatically. Through this access path, users therefore do not receive unmarked documents, whether intentionally or inadvertently.

Teamcenter context becomes part of the marking

The Active Workspace integration uses object information such as release status or project-specific attributes. Central rules automatically select the appropriate marking and ensure a consistent appearance.

Integrates with established stamping solutions

The solution connects Active Workspace to central stamping. Existing or custom third-party systems can be integrated for this purpose. The processed document then returns to the original work context.

Output Suite processes documents within defined output workflows. Stamp Before View instead controls the marking applied at the moment of direct document access in Teamcenter Active Workspace. The two products can be used together and address different control points in the document process.

The service can run on Windows, Linux, and containerised environments. It scales with document volume and the existing platform, while a central operational view supports efficient operations.
