Document output management (DOM) for Teamcenter

Syncware Output Suite brings document collection, processing, and delivery into one output management workflow. Documents and metadata from Teamcenter are assembled according to your rules and prepared for digital delivery or printing.

Output Service keeps context, output options, status, and messages associated with the job. Teamcenter, NX, and custom applications can use the same output process, with job status available centrally.

Combine data collection and document processing

Processing Workers cover two distinct tasks:

• Collect documents from Teamcenter: PLM Data Collector assembles documents and metadata according to the rules defined for the job.
• Prepare supplied files: Document Workers handle TIFF-to-PDF conversion, PDF merging, marking, and ZIP packaging.

File-based jobs already provide their documents and can start directly with document processing. Processing Hub coordinates the intended steps. The required result determines the choice of workers.

Start output jobs from Teamcenter, NX, and custom applications

Client integrations bring job initiation directly into Teamcenter Rich Client, Active Workspace, and NX. The relevant output options are available in the current process context.

The Open Client API for MES, ERP, and custom applications lets applications request options, create and start jobs, follow their status, and retrieve result files. Integration is tailored to the specific business process.

Review, deliver, and print document packages

Output Tracker shows jobs, messages, and files in the browser. It brings individual results and processing status into the same view. Print Manager adds visual preparation of document packages and printing on Windows workstations.

Aligned with your system landscape

Server-side components are designed for Windows, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes. Delivery is aligned with the product component and target environment; automated builds, tests, and separate approval stages support CI/CD-based deployment.

Teamcenter integrations follow the supported environment. Print Manager and the plugin for NX™ software run on Windows workstations. Alongside Processing Hub, additional processing solutions and third-party systems can be integrated into the output process.
