One job connects source, processing, and result

Output Suite brings product structures, access rights, documents, metadata, output options, and delivery channels together in a single job. Users start directly in the Teamcenter Rich Client, Active Workspace, or NX. MES, ERP, and custom applications use the same process through the Open Client API.

Central services assemble the required content, coordinate processing, and keep progress and results visible. The result is one continuous path from product context to a ready-to-use document package.

A clear flow

1. A user or connected system starts the appropriate job.
2. Output Service receives context, files, and the output requirements.
3. The platform collects the required PLM content and performs the intended processing steps.
4. Status and messages remain visible throughout, and the finished package becomes available in the initiating client, Output Tracker, or Print Manager.

The output integration for Active Workspace and Output Suite Integration for Teamcenter® Rich Client are matched to the supported Teamcenter release. Print Manager and the plugin for NX™ software run on Windows workstations. Automated builds, tests, and clearly separated quality gates support reliable CI/CD delivery.
